Cancellation and Exchanges Policies

We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations if items have mistakes or we don’t ship the items you ordered

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery
  • Send items back within 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase

Returns Policies

Orders may be returned within 30 days of receiving your orders if items do not have quality standards and print specifications.

Returns policies details:

  • Only new unused clothing can be returned.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Items will not be eligible for a return if:

– Items have been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way

– Items must be free of odors. Items containing cigarette smoke orders will not be eligible for a refund.
– An incorrect address was provided by the customer.

– Item was marked as a clearance. All clearance items are sold and are not returnable.
– Item was refused upon delivery.

We will be happy to accept your return as long as it conforms to the criteria above. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Delivery Policies

  • We ship items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.
  • Standard shipping (3-7 business days): 5$
  • Expedited shipping (1-5 business days): 10$
  • Orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, we will reship the package with correct address at the customer’s expense.
  • We cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company’s error or weather.
  • Standard shipping is provided by US Postal Service First Class Mail. If your order is too heavy for First Class Mail, we will ship via Priority Mail or Fedex Ground at our discretion.
  • We will ship internationally. International shipments are sent via US Postal service First Class or Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for all customs/duty/import fees.
