Returns Policies

Orders may be returned within 30 days of receiving your orders if items do not have quality standards and print specifications.

Returns policies details:

  • All these cases can be returned: Only used items, the items you received were wrong with our description or were broken, the items hadn’t the high-quality 
  • Shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Items will not be eligible for a return if:
    • Items have been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
      Items contain cigarette smoke. Items must be free of odors.
    • The customers provide an incorrect address.
    • Item was marked as a clearance. All clearance items are sold and are not returnable.
    • Item was refused upon delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refund Policies

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we would be happy to refund you in full for the cost of the item(s). The shipping costs are non-refundable, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Delivery Policies

  • We ship items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.

            All shipping cost (7-10 business days): 5,99$

  • Orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, we will reship the package with the correct address at the customer’s expense.
  • We cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company’s error or weather.
  • Standard shipping is provided by US Postal Service First Class Mail. If your order is too heavy for First Class Mail, we will ship via Priority Mail or Fedex Ground at our discretion.
  • We will ship internationally. International shipments are sent via US Postal service First Class or Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for all customs/duty/import fee
